Mental Health Case Manager – Grand Marais, MN
Temp Social Work is currently seeking an experienced case manager (BSW) to fill an opening with an agency we are working with in the greater Grand Marais, MN area. The ideal candidates should be able to perform the duties of a mental health case manager and be comfortable working with children.
This position is open-ended and there is no known end date. The mental health case manager will be working with children ages (0-17).

Responsibilities of the Case Manager:
-Intake
-Assessments
-Evaluate reports
-Provides crisis intervention for children ages (0-17)
-Record all client contact via SSIS
-Complete case notes
-Travel to meetings and clients homes (mileage is reimbursed at the federal rate)
Requirements of the Licensed Social Worker:
-Bachelor degree in social work from an accredited school
-Valid social work license in the state of Minnesota is preferred
-Experience working as a mental health case manager

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
